Career Overview
Hamada El-Saadawi is the firm's Managing Partner. He has broad experience in corporate and investment law and in managing Egyptian and foreign investment files from project start to full operational launch. He supervises incorporation files before GAFI, the FRA, and the Industrial Development Authority, as well as commercial arbitration matters and cassation briefs.
He held senior leadership roles in the legal departments of major groups operating in Egypt and abroad, leading legal-strategy work, contractual-system restructuring, and the development of compliance and governance programmes.
His work is centred on aligning legal strategy with operating objectives and managing legal risk proactively in ways that strengthen institutional stability and protect investment interests.
